How To Get Fuller Lips

I'm pretty sure everyone wants bigger lips, I mean, they just look so nice! Well I have a tip that'll instantly make your lips look bigger and plumper, and it's super easy! All you have to do is take a cream highlighter/highlighting powder and dust it on your cupids bow, then you just take your cream contourer/powder contourer and dust that underneath your lower lip. It'll make them look a lot more defined.
